Clinical Counselling in North Vancouver
Support for the mental and emotional side of recovery, change and everyday life.
Physical health and mental health often overlap. Pain, injury, concussion, a motor vehicle accident, work stress, major life changes or ongoing health concerns can affect mood, sleep, confidence, relationships and how you feel day to day.
North Shore Sports Medicine offers clinical counselling through North Vancouver Counselling, providing dedicated mental health support alongside NSSM’s broader approach to health and recovery. North Vancouver Counselling provides adults with a welcoming, confidential and practical space to talk through what they are experiencing, build useful coping strategies and move forward with greater clarity. In-person and virtual counselling options are available.
